Customers can create a password protected area, for example an area for members or sections of restricted entry, using htaccess. Follow the following steps in 'Site Administrator':

'Services' -> 'Apache Web Server' -> 'Manage Groups' -> 'Add a group' (Choose a name for this individual group)

'Manage users' -> Add a user (enter details and select the newly created group)

'Protected directories' -> Select the directory from the list and select by clicking the padlock -> 'Auth Name' (label the directory for password window prompt).
